My wife and I have been coming to holiday in Kefalos since 1993 and for the last two years have stayed, from May until October, at Sevoula Studios which is situated on the beachfront at Kamari Bay.

Luckily, a local man who had trained as a Doctor was on the scene and was able to assist the young boy.

KOS KINDNESS – Making a difference in KOS!
The crisis in Greece is literally killing people! Latest figures show that the suicide rate in Greece has risen to very high levels and it is reported that many of the cases in the last few years have been related to financial crisis and woe. There are many people living in Kos in poverty.
Keep Kos Clean – Veronica Boland…
I am very proud to be part of a team of volunteers associated with Keep Kos Clean. Thank you to all who have hosted and attended clean-ups to date. Personally I have gained so much from being involved with the clean-ups. I have visited beautiful places on our island and met wonderful, wonderful people with positive attitudes to life and local knowledge of our beautiful island. We have also ‘stirred’ the interest of national radio stations and newspapers that want to know about our work. I look forward to meeting in person more of our members and exchanging ideas.
