Stopping drugs entering Kos….
Local news announces that yesterday morning a passenger who arrived at the port of Kos was arrested. The Office of Homeland Security and Special Operations patrolling the area searced a 51 year old and the luggage that they were carrying. It was found in his possession a package of tobacco which contained marijuana.

It has been reported that Kos municipality have taken decisive action after a meeting which was attended by the Mayor, and Deputy Mayors.
Drug related arrests in Kos – Heroin seized
reports that there were 4 people arrested last night. Three of them women (ages 29, 42 and 49) and a man of 27.
The arrests were related to drugs and it has been said that 60 grams of heroin has been seized after a ‘tip-off’.
TRAFFIC CONTROL…DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE !
It has been reported by local news that this morning a 22 year old was arrested for drunken and violent behavior in the Kos Town area.
Drug Bust – Kos
Yesterday in Kos (28.04.2012) five people were arrested as reported by local news, by police. Three of the arrested were resident men aged 27, 28, and 35, a resident women aged 20 was also arrested and an Albanian citizen aged 26. They were arrested on drug charges, possession and trafficking.

Suicide attempt – Kos
It was reported on local news channels today that a young girl (aged 19) a Czech citizen living in Kos attempted to take her own life in the early hours of the morning.
