Restaurants in Kos broken into…
ver the last few days a number of businesses in the Kos Town area have been broken in to.
Cash machines have been stolen as well as small amounts of cash too.
In one of the restaurants the people that broke it actually helped themselves to food and had a feast!
The 7th School in Kos….Meeting with council today..
The Press Department of the local municipality announce to all those parents whose children attend the 7th School in Kos Town, that there will be a meeting held tonight at 6.30pm. Turkish – Greek Tourism
There was a Turkish-Greek Tourism Forum which was recently held in The Kipriotis Panorama Hotel & Suites.
Great interest was shown from the Turkish and Greek tourist market.
For many that participated in this Forum they felt that the future looks good and it was a very positive step forward.
Tractor accident resulted in death – Kos
Many citizens in Kos were saddened yesterday when they heard the news of a terrible accident which resulted in the death of a local man – Mr Andonis Hatzinikalaou. Mr Hatzinikalaou was well known on the island for his English School.
New bike racks and happy students…Kos
tudents were happy to receive the new style bicycle racks at two of the high schools in Kos. Students last week openly complained and wrote a letter to the council expressing their concerns of limited space to park their bicycles, security and the roads in Kos.
Parents and businesses in Kos also listened.
