Her past experience includes, external relations management, Employment consultation and she is also an English teacher, teaching English as a foreign language. Rita is from South East London . She is a qualified Fitness Instructor in Spinning, Dance aerobics, aerobics, Boxercise, Step, Circuit Training as well as the new craze Zumba!, She has also done Tae Kwon Do for six years and boxing and has been training for over five years in the gyms in England such as Fitness First, and the Local Government Run Leisure Centres as well as training clients in their homes. As well as being a Fitness Instructor Rita is also a qualified Medical Secretary and has worked in Hospitals in London such as Hammersmith Hospital, Lewisham Hospital, Guys and St. Thomas’ Hospital both for the private and public sector her work involved looking after the Consultants, audio typing, writing up reports, making appointments for patients and liasing with local authorities. Rita has traveled to various countries such as Nigeria, Cyprus, Crete, Portugal, Belgium, parts of France, parts of Greece and of course now here on Kos Island. Tracey is a Freelance Writer and Blogger, a married Mother of four living in Greece that sometimes helps her husband in the Restaurant or the Coffee Bar that they own with a Business Partner/Friend. Educated at a Boarding School in Norfolk, England. Holds a Chamber of Commerce Private Secretarial Certificate (Business & Economics), and has worked in The Local Council Offices in Norwich.
