Classes Coming Soon to You

Body Conditioning 

If your not into jumping up and down then this class is perfect for you. Using weights and body weight this class helps promote good posture, body toning, enhancing and maintaining physical fitness and wellbeing.

Step

Have fun with basic step choreography to music to get your heart beating and burn those calories!

Pre and Post Natal Exercise

Don’t feel left out come and join in some gentle exercises specifically designed for pregnant and post natal women, designed to strengthen those all important pelvic muscles and abdominals gently regaining your posture.

Aerobics

Lets get moving to funky music, basic dance moves to get your heart pumping and then 20 minutes of total body workout with stomach, arms, legs and bum toning.

Boxing for Women

No need to fight ladies! This class is designed to improve and increase cardiovascular, strengthen and increase stamina and learn basic self defence moves, learn how to protect and defend yourselves incorporating good techniques and posture to dynamic music to push you along!

Spinning, Aerobiking

Involves static bikes for indoors, increase your stamina and power, improve cardiovascular.

PLEASE NOTE THIS CLASS WILL ONLY TAKE PLACE IF THERE ARE AT LEAST FOUR PEOPLE INTERESTED, DUE TO ORDERING OF BIKES.

Legs, bums & tums

Focusing soley on legs, bums, tums! Correct your posture, control your breathing and tone and sculpture that body with simple exercises with easy to use body weights.

Stretch and Relax

Just as it says on the bottle! learn to correct bad posture, stretch and strengthen your muscles as well as gradually creating flexibility and toning.

Jogging Club

Bored of running on the treadmill at the gym? Why not join the running club, we start at a nice slow pace for beginners, you will love it I promise!! A great outdoor exercise for the heart and an all over body workout, pace is increased once your confident and with healthy eating watch the weight drop off! And what could be better after a good jog but a drink (soft of course!) and a chat!
Early hours are advised of course due to the heat.

Boxfit

Cardio burning self defence moves to music, fun and dynamic!

  • All classes are taught to great, funky music and will be located in or near town for easy access.
  • Free taster session followed by 3 euros per class
  • Classes run for one hour
  • All participants must fill out a health form
  • Classes can be adjusted to suit for beginners, intermediate and advanced
