Stolen from the church in Telendos…
Local news reports that on the island of Telendos, which is close to Kalymnos, The Church of Life and Fountain was broken into.
It has been noted that several of the gold Tama’s (votives) have been stolen from the Icon Panayia.
These are offerings that are given to an Icon as a reminder of a particular need, or in gratitude for a prayer answered.
