The Olive Grove is a Country Villa set in a “working” Olive Grove with Panoramic views of Kalymnos and Pserimos as well as Mount Dikeos.  It has large balconies,  a 80 sq mtrs Roof Terrace as well as a well stocked gardens.  

 

We have spent a long time testing which plants will survive the weather – the heat of the summer and lack of rain and after 12 years of hard work we have finally got there….(Not without losing a lot of flowers along the way though!  

 

We have a large selection of herbs including Rosemary, Sage, Oregano, Basil, Lavender to name but a few.  A fantastic place to either get away from it all and relax – enjoying the amazing sunsets across the islands. Recharge your batteries – relax – drink mountain tea picked fresh from the garden or just use as a base to see the rest of the island – 5 mins from the beautiful beach of Tingaki – where there is great nightlife too from bars to restaurants, 10 mins from Marmari and 15 mins from Mastichari and Kardamena and 30 mins from Kefalos. 

 

If you fancy a day in Kos Town it is 15 mins drive away and 3 mins to the local shops at Zipari.If you want to cook all basic kitchen equipment is provided – to include Oven and 4 electric rings, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, pans etc.  However if you want to go out for a meal the Panorama Taverna is 2 minutes walk away with a fantastic menu and homemade wine.

We hope that you have anything you might need here to include 24 hr internet WIFI, TV,  - if there is anything else you may need let us know and we will see what we can do!

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single) and a large bathroom with bath with shower.  On the first floor there is one more double bedroom (can sleep 3) with private balcony, a bedroom with bunk beds and a shower/wet room with toilet.  There is a large open plan kitchen/living room/dining room which lead to the very large balcony that overlooks the Islands of Kalymnos and Pserimos.  There is then a washing room with washing machine and ironing boards etc. on the 2nd floor with access to the huge roof terrace.

We have 85 olive trees from which we produce our own extra virgin olive oil, soap, washing detergent as well as a few other things – we will leave you samples for when you arrive in your “welcome basket” so you will not need to rush to the shops!!!

Maid service is extra as required (40 euros per day) and 50 euros for full clean on departure – just in case you have to rush off.  We can tailor the holidays to your needs – just let us know what you – want and we will try to organise it for you in advance so that your holiday really is a dream come true(depending on what it is there may be extra charges).
