1 person lost their life (said to be from Kefalos 25 years old local woman), and several were seriously injured and others wounded.

An accident occurred on the road from Antimachia – Kefalos this afternoon at approx 3.00pm. Two cars collided with each other resulting in both cars being damaged and injuries to all of the passengers.

Arrested two (2) Greek nationals for abandoning the scene of a fatal traffic accident, Kos.
Mr Yiannis Paneras states the importance of wearing a helmet..
A few days ago it was reported by local news that Mr Yiannis Paneras was involved in an accident close to the DEH building. He was rushed to a hospital in Athens.
Thankfully, Mr Paneras luckily survived the accident with just a few bruises (and an arm injury).
